1. Sticker and plastic bag package

This package type suit for 1pcs-10pcs saw blade package, the package material cost is the cheapest, Also we do not have to take much time in blade package work. Usually customer take this package for DIY OR Promotion blades. It can be sealed the package according to customer request.

 

2. Shrink wrap and sticker package

This package type suit for 1pcs-3pcs saw blade package, the package material cost is go after option 1. It need going though the shrink wrap machine. Mostly are for tct grass saw blade export to Japanese DIY market.

 

3. Skin card package

Skin card package can pack 1pcs saw blade ONLY. And blade diameter from 4” 110mm to 9” 235mm, few customer take it for 10” 254mm blade. This package has the pin hole for handle up the saw blade. It can package all diameter blades, from 4” 110mm to 20” 500mm blades. The cost over 14” 355mm will be expensive.

Paper color box package is the same like standard color box box. The cost is little bit lower than standard box. Also this type can pack the 4” 110mm - 7.25" 184mm blades ONLY.

 

8. Display box package

Display box package is one typical package for the promotion selling. 1 box package 10pcs/20pcs OR 25pcs. Looks very nice and save lots package money. Also the blades can sticker the code individual for selling. It is one good choice for the market.

 

9. Plastic plate package

Plastic is one not eco-friendly material, few customer take this type, But most are give up OR refused now. One reason is the environmental problem, another is the cost reason.

 

10. Aluminum box package

A little bit luxury package type,usually the aluminum box package is the choice from very rich customer. Usually pack 2pcs OR 3pcs. The package cost is closed to the blade package. Not good for the market.
